What is an electronic ticket?

E-tickets are tickets in which the reservation details, which contain (name, passport number, flight path, and payment details for each traveler) are stored securely in the airline’s reservation system, without the need to hand over or receive paper tickets, which provides ease of use and speed in the reservation process. And more flexibility in amending or canceling your reservation. The traveler must print the electronic ticket receipt that is sent via e-mail, take it with the passport when entering the airport, and present it when completing travel procedures.

How can I make a reservation?

Follow these steps to start the booking process!

Enter the place you are traveling from.
Enter the place you are traveling to.
Enter departure date.
Choose if you want a return flight or a one-way flight (set by default for return).
Enter return date.
Enter the number of passengers (defaults to one adult).
You can select a private airline if you wish (optional).
Hit the search button and go.
After a short wait, the results page will display to you (the cheapest prices from each airline to your destination).
Choose the flight that suits you best by clicking on the “Choose Flight” button.
After another short wait you will be taken to another screen where you will see your flight details. If you are ready to pay, fill in the information for all passengers, then click “Continue to pay.”
After a short wait you will be taken to the booking page where you can verify your selection and enter your credit card details. Click the "Pay Now" button when you are ready to pay.

 

How do I confirm my reservation?

Your reservation can only be confirmed after completing the electronic payment process successfully, as we will send a “Booking Confirmation” message to your email, which contains:

Your booking reference number.
We inform you that we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund the money paid, or amend the prices and taxes before issuing the ticket if this is necessary.
